Brief introduction of SMW pile
1 Overview
SMW construction method is the abbreviation of Soil-Mixing Wall, which was essfully developed by Japan Cheng Xing Industry Co., ltd.. SMW method is the use of a dedicated multi axis mixer in situ drilling cutting soil, into the soil at the end of the bit cement slurry, after full mixing, then H steel or other profiles into the pile body, the formation of underground continuous wall, the wall as retaining and sealing structure. Its main features are simple structure, good water sealing performance, short construction period, low cost, less environmental pollution, especially suitable for urban foundation pit engineering.
General situation of 2 project
The Nenjiang Road station is located at the intersection of Zhongyuan Road and Nenjiang road. It is a half side platform station on the ground floor. The pedestrian access channel, cable channel and ring control ventilation channel are arranged in the mezzanine of the roof. Nenjiang Road Central Plains traffic is busy, underground pipelines are numerous, the neighborhood is close to residential areas. During the construction of the station, the traffic on the Central Plains Road and Nenjiang road can not be broken.
