摘要
企业物流控制是单位内部控制的一项十分重要的内容,被经济学家成为继劳动力,自然资源之后的“第三利润源泉”,日渐引起企业界的广泛关注。只有加强成本控制,才能降低场频成本,提高经济效益。所以,加强成本控制,提高成本管理水平,是企业财务管理乃至经营管理的核心。本文针对物流成本这一概念,浅述企业物流及物流成本的相关理论,物流成本管理,物流成本影响因素,物流成本控制的现状,以及就我国物流成本居高不下的情况提出相应对策。

Abstract
Enterprise logistics cost control is a very important content of enterprise unit internal control, as economists call it the “third profit source ”,following the labor, natural resources, which increasingly attracts wide attention from the munity .Only by strengthening cost control can product cost be reduced and economic efficiency be improved. Therefore to strengthening cost control and improve cost management level is the core of the enterprise financial management as well as operation and this paper ,as to the concept of logistics cost ,the management of logistics cost ,sets forth the related theory of logistics and logistics cost, logistics cost factors ,the situation of logistics cost control,as well as puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the high cost of enterprise logistics in china.

1引言
近年来,以新型流通方式为代表的连锁经营、物流配送、电子商务等产业迅速发展,经济全球化的扩张给世界各国经济发展带来了前所未有的机遇。被誉为“第三利润源泉”的现代物流产业,表现出旺盛的活力,在国民经济建设与社会发展中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。物流产业的发展,成为衡量一个国家现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志,它又被称为经济发展的“加速器”。
随着物流管理意识的增强, 企业对于物流成本的关心也日渐浓厚。在企业中,物流成本除除原材料成本之外最大的成本支出项目,在原材料、设备、劳动力成本的压缩空间日趋于零后,成本的控制目光随之转向物流领域。然而同国外企业相比,我国企业在经营过程中产生的物流成本明显偏高。据国际货币基金组织研究统计,2011年美国、日本的物流成
