清障车是为保证道路畅通而设计的专用工程车,用于及时排除因交通事故、车辆故障、违章停车而造成的道路阻塞,是现代交通管理,特别是繁华市区和高速公路交通管理必不可少的装备。
本设计对清障车的类型和工作原理做了详细的阐述,在方案上选择臂架式道路清障汽车。救援清障系统为全液压动力驱动,由吊臂、绞盘、托架、副车架救援附件构成。吊臂和托架是臂架式清障车上最为重要的工作装置,工作时,可用托架将前桥或后桥托起,使发生故障和事故的车辆及时脱离现场;吊臂与液压绞盘配合,可扶正倾翻车辆,使其便于托拖或牵引。因此,详细的设计了臂架式清障汽车的吊臂与托架、液压系统,以及取力器的选用。最后对改装完成后的臂架式清障车进行了必要的动力性、燃油经济性和稳定性等主要整车性能的计算分析,计算结果表明整车性能满足要求。

ABSTRACT
To clear up obstacles in order to ensure the vehicle is designed roads dedicated vehicles for the timely exclude traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, illegal parking and traffic congestion caused by modern traffic management -in particular, the busy urban traffic management and highways will essential equipment.
To clear up obstacles in the design of the type of vehicle and working principle of the described in detail in the program, select the arm rack wrecker . The rescue snag system is driven by the whole liquid power, it is made up of lift arm, winch, bracket, sub frame, rescue accessories. The lift arm and bracket are the most important working devices. During the work, the bracket can lift the front bridge or back bridge, which makes the vehicles escape from the accident spot in time. The lift arm and the bracket are bewared the plicated woke condition of the load during the snag and ,detailed design of Lift arm and Bracket in the arm rack wrecker ,hydraulic system, as well as the choice of taking power devices. Finally, it counted and analyzed the resule in the power performance, the fuel economical efficiency and the stability, which is necessary. The out came showed that the while performance meet the challenge.
