Leadership is a RELATIONSHIP.

It’s a relationship between those who aspire to lead – you - and those who choose to follow – the constituents

You don’t have to be in a position of power or prestige to matter to someone.

The same is true for leadership.

Regardless of our level or our role – people have to see us as someone who can develop them.

To develop others, we have to develop ourselves.
