微视频《跑,青春》的拍摄与制作
摘要
微视频是指时间在30s到20min之间的视频短片。微视频符合现代社会的快节奏
生活方式,还可以满足在注意力稀缺背景下的群众的自主参与感,带给受众群体的将
是随时随地随意的视频享受。本设计通过稿本、分镜头稿本的编写,视频的拍摄,以
及Premiere后期编辑和After
Effects特效合成,用纪实手法真实再现了以自己为原型的一名普通大学生面临毕业
季的内心独白。微视频通过DV摄像机、手机等工具进行拍摄,运用了蒙太奇手法进行
剪辑制作,呼唤大学生走出宿舍,锻炼身体,形成一种积极向上的态度,从而影响自
己的生活状态。受众群体为当代大学生,具有教育意义。

Abstract
Micro video refers to the time between the 30s to 20min short video. Micro video
meets the modern fast-paced way of life, can also meet in scarce attention under the
background of mass independent sense of participation, he brought the audience will enjoy
at any time and anywhere video. This design through the script, sub lens manuscript
preparation, video shooting, and premiere later editing and after effects of synthetic, using
the method of documentary true representation of the to themselves as the prototype of an
ordinary college students facing graduation season and the inner monologue. Micro video
was taken by DV, mobile phone, the use of the montage of clips made, calling college
students out of the dormitory, exercise, the formation of a positive attitude, so as to affect
their living conditions .Audience is a contemporary college students, it has some
educational value.
