摘要
随着中国经济快速持续地发展和上海国际航运中心建设步伐的不断加快,上
海港集装箱枢纽港的国际地位正在逐步确立。我们上港集箱外高桥码头分公司作为上海港开埠以来建造的最大最现代化的港区,追求上海港最先进的创新科技、最佳的经济效益、更低的经营成本、卓越的服务水准,努力提高在国际市场的知名度和综合竞争力,力争发展成为国内领先、国际一流的现代化集装箱码头。
由于集装箱装卸作业的特殊性,特别是当在堆场上进行集装箱吊装作业时,时有发生轮胎吊对外来集卡卸箱作业时由于集卡锁销未完全打开而将集装箱连同集卡一并吊起或是半边吊起的事故,导致损坏集装箱和卡车,甚至会发生卡车司机伤亡事故。而本文主要是在轮胎吊上设计开发安装了一套防止误吊起集卡的检测联锁装置配合轮胎吊起升机构、吊具机构和防集卡装置PLC的程序设计,在司机正常的操作情况下,避免人为失误将集装箱卡车误吊起。防范事故于未然。
