Annual Assessment Method of Personnel in CASC
This method is made with the purpose of ensuring the correct assessment of staff’s moral and work performance, plishing the quality policy anization goals and fulfilling fully the role of employees in Quality Management Systems.
This method is applicable for all contracting employees of pany.
In the principle of fairness and objectiveness, the assessment shall be implemented by means bination of individual summary and department assessment.
Employee assessment includes morality, competency, diligence and achievement, in which the performance of the achievement shall be mainly focused. Morality refers to his or her political philosophy attitude, work style, and professional morality. Ability refers to the basic capability or petence to facilitate his/her work. Diligence refers to work attitude, spirit and devotion attitude. Achievement refers to the quantity and quality and merit of his/her job fulfillment.
The result of assessment is divided into three grades, say excellent, qualified, and unqualified. The criteria of each grade are depicted as the following.
