Chapter One: General Rules
1. This management is the key process of ensuring safe flying. It also has great significant in reaching zero inventory in stock and reducing inventory expenses associated with warehouse. Therefore, this management is made to meet the goals mentioned above according to “Contract Management in Division one” and “Management of Conducting Imports & Export Business in Division 1”.
2. The aviation equipment in this management refers to civil aircraft or ponents, engine and ponents, electronic devices, facilities of cabin service etc.
3. Repair and claims process of aviation equipment from abroad (it includes wholly-foreign panies or joint-ventures in China) must be executed according to this management.
Chapter Two The Preparation of Repair & Claim Process
An agent agreement on facilitating repair & claims business shall be signed with users prior to implement of repair & claims business; or a written application on facilitating repair & claims business from users. These two documents are to specify the right and obligations of both parties concerning
