The Process of Engine Purchase and Repair
ⅠEngine purchase:
Proactively keep relations with domestic clients for trading opportunities. The final agent deal on engine will be signed with clients after negotiations. An application of planning budget forecast shall be made promptly to ensure the funds in advance.
Market research on foreign market shall be made to find engine manufacturers according to the needs of clients. The research includes manufacturing conditions of producer, the quality of engine etc.
Conducting inquiry and inquiry counter, and multi-round negotiations on technical mercial issues. In the case of necessity, representatives of clients shall be invited to participant in this matter for better cooperation.
Contract signing of engine purchase according to regulations pany to undertake series No establishing, stamp and filing procedures.
The execution of contract terms.
Payment shall be made according to contract under the condition of foreigner trader issuing letter of guarantee in accordance with Administer Bureau of foreign exchange; or opening L/C for payment.
