莪术油的提取工艺研究

摘要
目的通过对莪术油的定性分析及含量测定,确定莪术油的最佳提取条件是否可靠,制备工艺是否得到优化。
方法通过L9(34)正交实验确定莪术油的最佳提取条件,采用薄层色谱法对其化学成进行分析鉴定;利用高效液相色谱仪,采用外标法对莪术油中主要成分牻牛儿***的含量进行测定。
结果最佳提取条件可靠,是制备工艺得到优化,最佳提取条件为药材粉碎过去30目筛,加10倍量水,蒸馏提取8小时。
结论根据各项实验数据的仔细分析,证明采用正交试验确定的最佳提取条件可靠,符合制备工艺且生产耗时较短,有效成分提取率较高。本课题为复方莪术油栓中莪术油的提取的进一步研究与工艺技术革新提供了可靠的科学依据。

Abstract:Objective Zedoary oil through qualitative content analysis and determine the best zedoary oil extraction conditions the reliability of the preparation process have been optimied Methods Determined by orthognal experiments zedoary oil extraction of the best conditions,the use of thin-layer chromatography,using extemal standard method of zedoary oil main ingredient in one of geraniol were The best extraction conditions for reliable,is the preparation process has been optimized,the best conditions for extraction of herbs crushed 30 mesh,plus 10 times the volume of water distillation,extraction of 8 According to the careful analysis of experimental data to prove that the use of orthogonal test to determine the best extraction conditions for reliable and consistent with the preparation process and the production of shorter,higher rxtraction rate of the acrive the issue zedoary oil suppository xedoary oil extraction process of further research and technological innovation provides a reliable scientific basis.

第一章绪论
天然植物类药物栓剂为古老的剂型之一,在公元前1550年埃及的《伊伯氏纸草本》中就有记载。我国关于栓剂的最早记载也可上溯到《史记·仓公列传》。晋代葛洪的《肘后备急方》中用半夏和水为丸纳入鼻中的鼻用栓及用巴豆鹅脂制成的耳用栓,这是关于鼻用栓与耳用栓的最早记载。栓剂系指药材提取物或药粉与适宜基质制成供腔道给药的固体制剂,栓剂又称“塞药”、“坐药”,根据其所施用的腔道之不同,大体上可以分为肛门栓、***栓、尿道栓、鼻用栓及耳用栓几类[1-2]。其中,以肛门栓最为常用,***栓逐渐为***用片或胶囊所替代,后三种栓剂在现代及当代已极其少见使用。栓剂给药的作用包括两个方面:其一为栓剂在腔道内起局部润滑、抗菌、消炎、收敛、止痒、止痛等作用[3] ;其二为栓剂中的药物经由腔道吸收进入血液而发挥全身作用[3]。中药栓剂一度由于存在患者使用不方便、劳动生产率较低、生产成本较高等因素,严重地制约了其发展。目前,《中国药典》2005年版一部也只收载了双黄连栓、保妇康栓两个品种
