齿条的精加工建模
摘要:精密齿条传动是大机床领域最重要的传动方法。随着大型镗铣床,龙门机床
的发展,精密齿条的需求也越来越高。为了有效的模拟精密齿条的加工过程,因此对齿条进行建模。而建模是对现实的简化,建模是为了能更好的理解正在开发的系统。为了能有效地模拟齿条轮廓的精加工过程,根据范成法加工齿条原理通过砂轮模拟加工齿条的过程。运用Pro/ E软件画出其二维图形并结合Pro/ E中的运动仿真模块,实现齿条的建模过程,此方法有效地模拟齿条的加工过程。

Refined modeling rack
Abstract:Precision rack drive transmission method of large machine tool is themost important. With the large boring and milling machine, Longmen machine tool. The development of precision rack, a higher demand. In order to machining process simulation precision rack effectively, so the modeling of the rack. The modeling of realistic modeling is simplified, inorder to better understand the system being developed. In order to finish machining process can effectively simulate the rack profile, according to the Fan Chengfa principle through the simulation processing gear rack machining grinding wheel rack. The use of Pro/ E software to draw the 2D bined with movement simulation module of Pro/ in E, realize the modeling process of rack, this method can efficiently simulate the process of rack.
