ERP 是高度复杂的管理信息系统,近年来中国企业信息化的步伐明显加快,越来越多的企业已经或计划实施ERP,但相对于ERP系统需求的快速增长,企业 ERP 系统实施成功率却只有10%。制造业更是普遍面临着更新观念,产权变革,产品结构调整,技术改造,加强基础管理等多重任务,许多制造业在实施过程中没有能够取得预期的目标而失败了。本文从 ERP系统实施角度出发,采用文献研究法和实证研究法对我国制造业ERP实施过程中应该重点关注的ERP软件的选择,ERP实施战略和规划,高层管理者的支持,企业业务流程重组,部门间的相互沟通和配合,ERP系统厂商的支持和服务,充分的教育和培训七个方面进行了详细阐述,并通过案例分析,论证本文的观点。

ABSTRACT
ERP is a plex management information systems, information technology in recent years, Chinese entERPrises significantly speeding up, more and panies have or plan to implement ERP, pared with the rapid growth of demand ERP systems, ERP system implementation ess rate of only 10%. Manufacturing is generally facing new ideas, change of property rights, product structure adjustment, technological innovation, strengthen basic management, multi-tasking, and many manufacturing industries in the implementation process is not able to achieve the desired objectives and failed. This article from the ERP system implementation perspective, the use of literature study and empirical research method of manufacturing ERP implementation process should focus on ERP software selection, ERP implementation strategy and planning, senior management support, business process redesign, inter-munication and coordination, ERP systems vendor support and services, adequate education and training seven aspects of the detail, and through case studies, demonstrate this point.
