防尘盖止转板冲压工艺分析与模具设计
摘要: 这次毕业设计我设计的题目是:防尘盖止转板冲压工艺分析与模具设计,利用的是级进模生产。本设计的重点是冲裁件的工艺分析、冲裁工艺方案、冲压力的计算、选择模具的结构形式、压力机的选用、模具工作部分的一些刃口尺寸的计算、压力中心的计算,材料的利用率等。在设计过程中要进行必要的工艺计算、选择与确定模具的主要零部件的结构形式以及尺寸的大小,还有一些标准件的选用,如,螺钉的尺寸、销钉的尺寸。校核一些必要的参数,如模具的闭合高度以及压力机的有关参数,凸模、凹模的强度等。还有一些需要注意的细节问题,如零件图上尺寸的的标注方法与标注样式,机械制图的一些规定标准字体等。最后要绘制模具总装图及零件图。
