翻译新题型解读
翻译部分测试学生把汉语所承载的信息用英语表达出来的能力,所占分译值比例为15%,考试时间30分钟。翻译题型为段落汉译英。翻译内容涉及中国的历史、文化、经济、社会发展等。四级长度为140-160个汉字,六级长度为180-200个汉字。
翻译评分标准
本题满分为15分,成绩分为六个档次:13-15分、10-12分、7-9分、4-6分、1-3分和0分。各档次的评分标准见下表:
13-15分译文准确表达了原文的意思。用词贴切,行文流畅,基本上无语言错误,仅有个别小错。
10-12分译文基本上表达了原文的意思。文字通顺、连贯,无重大语言错误。
7-9分译文勉强表达了原文的意思。用词欠准确,语言错误相当多,其中有些是严重语言错误。
4-6分译文仅表达了一小部分原文的意思。用词不准确,有相当多的严重语言错误。
1-3分译文支离破碎。除个别词语或句子,绝大部分文字没有表达原文意思。
0分未作答,或只有几个孤立的词,或译文与原文毫不相关。
篇章翻译做题步骤
一分析汉语句子,提取句子主干;如果句中出
现了 2个或更多的动词,则要在保留真正谓语
动词的基础上,对其它动词进行处理,处理
方式有3种;(1)转化成非谓语动词(V-ing
V- ed,to do);(2)转化成从句的谓语动
词;(3)转化成名词或形容词; 二提取句中的重点词,短语,句型及语法结
构;
三确定时态,进行初步翻译;
四对照原文,进行修改。

In order to promote equality in education, China has spent 36 billion yuan improving educational facilities in rural areas and strengthening pulsory education in the Midwest. These funds were used to improve the teaching facilities, purchase books, so that more than 160,000 primary and secondary school could benefit from it. Funds are also used to purchase music and painting equipment. Just like children in the coastal cities, Now children in rural and mountainous areas could attend music and painting classes.
