摘要
伊宁市,大西北的一颗耀眼风景圣地,由于环境宜人,风景绝佳,这些年游
客人数的不断增加,旅游业的大力发展,使得伊宁机场这个重要的枢纽变得尤为
重要。近年来,加上我国航空运输量的快速增长使得机场的使用需求和机场容量
本身的限制形成很大的矛盾,一般的机场容量已经不能满足航空公司对机场正
常使用的需求。机场容量迫切需要改进,跑道是机场的重要组成部分,而跑道容
量评估作为空中交通流量管理的基础,它具有十分重要的作用。
本文的工作是对空中交通流量管理中的跑道容量进行研究。文中吸取了国
内外在此方面研究的方法和经验,细化了起降比例不同时跑道服务时间的组成
元素,在不考虑机坪容量、天气因素、噪声和延误等影响因素,对基于跑道服
务时间的跑道容量模型进行简化与重构,从而得出伊宁机场单跑道最大容量模
型。此外,本文还综合考虑了最小和最大距离间隔、最小和最大时间间隔、进
离港架次比等影响跑道容量的因素,并决定从伊宁机场起飞/降落/混合容量三
个方面对伊宁机场跑道的理论容量和实际容量进行评估。

Abstract
Yining city,northwest a dazzling scenery resort,due to the environment and pleasant
scenery excellent,over the years an increasing number of visitor,the tourism
developing make yining airport this important hub is particularly recent
years, the rapid growth of air traffic demand makes the use of the airport and the
limitation of airport capacity itself form a lot of contradictions. The general airport
capacity could not satisfy the demand for normal use now. Airport capacity needs to
be improved urgently, the runway is essential element of airport. The runway capacity
evaluation as the basis of air traffic flow management, it plays an important role.
My work is to make a study on the runway capacity of air traffic flow management.
In this paper, I learned the methods and experience about this research both at home
and abroad, then I refine some details to simplify and regroup the runway capacity
model based on the runway service taking into consideration the
transaction volume,weather factor influence factors such as noise and delay .Finally,
Yining airport single runway capacity model is constructed. In addition, I also
consider the minimum and maximum distance interval,the minimum and maximum
time interval, into the departure flights than,such as influencing last, I
decide to assess the
