?化学品平安标签编写规定?是为标准化学品平安标签内容的表述和编写而制定的。平安标签是?工作场所平安使用化学品规定?和安使用化学品公约?要求的预防和控制化学危害根本措施之一，主要是对市场上流通的化学品通过加贴标签的形式进行危险性标识，提出平安使用考前须知，向作业人员传递平安信息，以预防和减少化学危害，到达保障平安和健康的目的。
国家质量检验检疫监督总局发布GB15258-2024
?化学品平安标签编写规定?
本标准规定了化学品平安标签的术语和定义、标签内容、制作和使用要求，适用于化学品平安标签的编写、制作和使用。
本标准的4．1、4．2、4．3、5．1、5．2、5．4．1、5．4．2为强制性的，其余为推荐性的。
本标准对应于联合国?仝球化学品统一分类和标签制度?(GHs，第二修订版)，与其一致性程度为
非等效。
本标准代替GB 15258—1999?化学品平安标签编写规定?。
本标准与GB 15258—1 999相比，主要差异如下：
——4．2中标签内容作了调整；
——5．3中增加了“标签尺寸〞；
——4．3中增加了“简化标签〞；
——调整了附录A、附录B、附录C，根据GHS设计了平安标签样例、平安标签与运输标志粘贴样
例，提供了不同类别危险化学品的防范说明。
本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C为资料性附录。
本标准自实施之日起实施过渡期为1年。

1、范围
本标准规定了化学品平安标签的术语和定义、标签内容、制作和使用要求。
本标准适用于化学品平安标签的编写、制作与使用。
产品平安标签另有标准规定的，例如农药、气瓶等，按其标准执行。

本标准采用以下定义。
急性毒性为：经口LD50≤5mg/kg；经皮接触24hLD50≤40mg/kg；吸入1hLC50≤。
急性毒性为：经口5mg/kg＜LD50≤50mg/kg；经皮接触24h40mg/kg＜LD50≤200mg/kg；＜LC50≤2mg/L的化学品。
急性毒性为：固体经口50mg/kg＜LD50≤500mg/kg；液体经口50mg/kg＜LD50≤2000mg/kg；经皮接触24h200mg/kg＜LD50≤1000mg/kg；吸入1h2mg/L＜LC50≤10mg/L的化学品。
4、标签
平安标签用文字、图形符号和编码的组合形式表示化学品所具有的危险性和平安考前须知。
用中文和英文分别标明化学品的通用名称。名称要求醒目清晰，位于标签的正上方。
用元素符号和数字表示分子中各原子数，居名称的下方。假设是混合物此项可略。
标出化学品的主要成分和含有的有害组分、含量或浓度。
标明联合国危险货物编号和中国危险货物编号，。
标志采用联合国?关于危险货物运输的建议书?和GB13690规定的符号。每种化学品最多可选用二个标志。标志符号居标签右边。

根据化学品的危险程度和类别，用“危险〞、“警告〞、“注意〞三个词分别进行危害程度的警示。具体规定见表1。当某种化学品具有两种及两种以上的危险性时，用危险性最大的警示词。警示词位于化学品名称的下方，要求醒目、清晰。

注明生产日期及生产班次。生产日期用××××年××月××日表示，班次用××表示。

5、制作
标签正文应简捷、明了、易于理解，要采用标准的汉字表述，也可以同时使用少数民族文字或外文，但意义必须与汉字相对应，字形应小于汉字。相同的含义应用相同的文字和图形表示。具体参照附录A、附录B所提供的短语进行编写。
当某种化学品有新的信息发现时，标签应及时修订、更改。

标签内标志的颜色按GB13690规定执行，正文应使用与底色反差明显的颜色，一般采用黑白色。
标签的边缘要加一个边框，边框外应留≥3mm的空白。标签的印刷应清晰，所使用的印刷材料和胶粘材料应具有耐用性和防水性。平安标签可单独印刷，也可与其它标签合并印刷，样例见附录C。
6、使用
标签应粘贴、挂拴、喷印在化学品包装或容器的明显位置。多层包装运输，原那么上要求内外包装都应加贴〔挂〕平安标签，但假设外包装上已加贴平安标签，内包装是外包装的衬里，内包装上可免贴平安标签；外包装为透明物，内包装的平安标签可清楚地透过外包装，外包装可免加标签。
标签的位置规定如下：
桶、瓶形包装：位于桶、瓶侧身；
箱状包装：位于包装端面或侧面明显处；
袋、捆包装：位于包装明显处；
集装箱、成组货物：位于四个侧面。
、挂栓、喷印应牢固，保证在运输、贮存期间不脱落，不损坏。
、挂拴、喷印。假设要改换包装，那么由改换包装单位重新粘贴、挂拴、喷印标签。
