解读中国RoHS法令与欧盟RoHS指令

摘要: 为了配合企业学****中国 RoHS 法令和欧盟 RoHS 指令,介绍了在电子电气设备中限制使用
的6种(铅、***、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯、多溴联苯醚) 有毒有害物质的情况及应对措施。分析了中国
RoHS 法令与欧盟 RoHS 指令的相同点及不同之处。给出了 6 种有毒有害物质的上限限制量,涵盖的产品
及欧盟 RoHS 指令豁免项清单汇总1~29项。建议企业要认真对待 RoHS 指令,尽量采用源头治理的新理
念,研究开发新技术、新产品、新工艺,走清洁生产和循环经济之路。

Interpretation of China's RoHS Regulations and EU RoHS Directives

Abstract: In order to ﬁ t for the enterprises to learn China's RoHS regulations and EU RoHS directives, introduction was made to the
situations of the restriction of the use of six toxic and hazardous substances (lead, mercury,cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and
PBDE) in electrical and electronic products and counter-measures. Analyzing the same points and differences between China's RoHS
regulations and EU RoHS directives, with upper limit quantity for the six harzardous substances, covered products EU RoHS directives
exemption items lists pooled from item 1 to 29. Suggestions are made to the enterprises to take RoHS directives into serious consider-
ation, to take the new concept as to prevent and control at the source beginning as possible, and to study and de
