摘要:随着我国经济的高速发展、社会的全面进步以及党与政府对图书馆建设及
管理的不断重视,新馆整体性建设成为了我国现阶段图书馆发展事业的一个根本
性的问题。在这个大背景下,我们应该以怎样的一个视角从整体上地好图书馆新
馆建设成为现阶段我国图书馆发展过程中一个值得探讨的重要问题。我现任昌黎
县图书馆馆长,负责我县的共享工程农村服务点的管理和技术指导。本文就结合
我任馆长以来的经验及我对各地图书馆管理的分析探讨,对当前我国的图书馆新
馆建设提出几点思考意见。

Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, comprehensive social progress
as well as the party and the government of the constant attention of the construction
and management of the library, the integrity of the construction of the new museum
has e a fundamental issue in the career development of our country at this stage
library. In this context, a perspective to what we should be good ground from the
whole New Library building our library development process at this stage, an

一、图书馆概况浅析
随着我国经济的高速发展、社会的全面进步以及党与政府对图书馆建设及管
理的不断重视,新馆整体性建设成为了我国现阶段图书馆发展事业的一个根本性
的问题。为了适应这一发展潮流,对于我们当地的图书馆也应该做出新馆建设意
见,推进图书馆事业的进一步发展。
