摘要:在全国铁路大提速、大规模兴建高速铁路的背景下,“数字铁路”是现代化铁路建设发展的必然趋势。“数字铁路”是一项涉及面广、综合性强、结构复杂的系统工程,包括铁路运输指挥、生产、安全监控、客货营销和经营管理等各个方面的内容。本文首先介绍了数字铁路的基本内容及所涉及到的关键技术,然后结合中国铁路现状阐述了建设数字铁路的重要性,再详细分析了基于GIS的“数字铁路”建设,最后以青藏线为例,说明其实现的可能性,并展望了数字铁路未来的发展前途。

Ideas on the construction of digital railway

Abstract: In the context of national railway speed-up, massive construction of high-speed rail, "digital railway" is the inevitable trend of development of modern railway construction. "Digital railway" is a broad, comprehensive, structured plex systems engineering, including directing, production, safety monitoring of railway transport, passenger and freight transport marketing and business management and other aspects of the content. This article introduces the basic elements of digital railway and the key technologies involved, and bined with China's current situation of railway described the importance of building digital railway, and detailed analysis of GIS-based "digital railway" construction, ending with the Qinghai-Tibet Railway as an example, note the possibility of its realization, and forecast the digital railway’s development future.
