新桥道口安装整体道口板施工组织设计
1 工程施工模式
,位于新桥矿铁路专用线DK6+,现为木枕式橡胶道口板铺面,公路路面宽度12米,公路与铁路为平交,平交道口宽度为12米,由于过往车辆多为拉煤车,载重量大,造成道口铺面板损坏、道口线路病害严重,危极行车安全,为了修复永涡道口破损路面,恢复道口良好状态,保证铁路行车安全,计划对该平交道口铺面进行整体式改造,由铁运处组织施工。
,计划采用购进的钢筋混凝土整体道口板和底板,现场吊装铺设,整体道口板①,宽3米,需4块;②长度为2米/块,宽3米,需1块,合计12米,底板共预制12米,,底板下部用半干混凝土压实找平。道口两侧预埋热熔管,具体数量和位置由电务段确定。
