摘要:压力容器广泛应用于化工生产中的传热、传质、化学反应、物料贮存等各个方面,约占工厂装备的百分之八十。本文首先介绍容器的基本知识,包括压力容器的分类与结构;封头的种类与选择;容器的零部件(法兰、支座、接口管、手孔、人孔等)。然后以液化石油气贮罐的设计为例,讲述了内压薄壁圆筒和标准椭圆形封头的强度设计,以及容器主要零部件的选用。
