太阳能电池及关键材料的研究进展

摘要人类面临着有限常规能源和环境破坏严重的双重压力,己经成为越来越值得关注的社会与环境问题。近年
来,光伏市场快速发展并取得可喜的成就。本文主要就太阳能电池及关键材料,以及对各类太阳能电池的原理及发展状
况进行详细阐述,并对太阳能电池及其关键材料的市场发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract People are facing with two pressures , namely , limited conventional energy and serious environmental
contamination , which e huge social and environmental problem calling more and more attentions. In recent years ,
photovoltaic industry is developing rapidly , and has obstained encouraging achievement. The solar cell and correlative key
material were studied. It also elaborates the principle and development of the various solar cells. In addition , it gives the
further outlook for the solar cell and correlative key material markets.
