图书馆外观:上海交通大学图书馆主馆,位于上海交通大学闵行校区,于2008年12月正式投入运行。,由法国设计师设计,为欧式建筑风格,由三个相互独立但又连通的A、B、C区域构成,从空中俯视,整个建筑呈“E”字形状,蕴含着这是一座现代化、数字化的图书馆。
Facade of the Library: Located on the Minhang Campus, the Main Library of Shanghai Jiao Tong University was officially put into operation in December, 2008. Designed by a French architect, the European-style Library covers a total area of thirty-five thousand M2, consisting of three independent but interconnecting areas of A, B and C. From a bird’s eye view, the whole building presents the shape of letter “E”, implying that the Library is modern and digitalized.
门口及门禁:主馆配备了智能化楼宇管理系统,实行一门式管理。校内读者凭本人校园一卡通经“门禁入检系统”验证后,进入图书馆。
