小儿急慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎鼻腔冲洗的效果
摘要目的探讨鼻腔冲洗对小儿急慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎的改善效果。方法将118例有鼻塞、流涕症状的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各59例,两组均予一般支持、抗感染及对症治疗,在予一般支持、抗感染及对症治疗的基础上,每天给予观察组的患儿鼻腔冲洗治疗1次直到鼻塞、流涕症状消失,对照组不予特殊处理。结果观察组鼻塞、流涕消失的时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,观察组鼻腔冲洗后血氧饱和度较冲洗前显著提高(均P<)。
结论鼻腔冲洗对急慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎的小儿鼻塞、流涕症状有明显的改善效果。
