文档介绍：摘要“以人为本"的教育观是“以人为本’’的科学发展观在教育领域中的体现和应用。新时期提出的“以人为本"的教育观有其历史和现实意义。目前关于“以人为本”教育观的研究主要集中在“以人为本"教育观的内涵、指导思想、理论渊源, 核心内容等几个方面。多采用演绎推理,分析综合的方法来阐述“以人为本"的教育观。但是众多学者对于“以人为本”的教育观涵义的理解还不尽相同,而且对“以人为本”教育观实旌存在的困境、原因及有效地落实“以人为本”教育观的研究还不够完善。本人试图从以下三个部分探讨“以人为本”的教育观第一部分“以人为本”的教育观的阐释。首先解释了“以人为本"的涵义,从“以人为本”的涵义演绎到“以人为本"教育观的涵义。其次分析综合学者教授们对“以人为本"教育观涵义的理解。最后梳理“以人为本”教育观的思想渊源,并对比中外人本教育思想的异同。第二部分树立“以人为本"教育观的现实意义。首先分析传统教育观中“人" 的缺失的表现及原因,得出“以人为本”教育观是当今教育的必然选择,从三个方面论述“以人为本”教育观的现实意义。第三部分实践“以人为本”教育观的措施。本人从转变教育观念,完善高考制度和用人机制,以及国家加大教育投入三个方面提出了自己的一些建议。关键词:“以人为本”教育观;现实意义;措施 Abstract ’’People—oriellted"education istheconc印tof’,people-oriellted’’conc印t ofscielltific dcvelopm锄t in廿le丘eld ofcducation锄d application new era of ”po叩le-ori肌ted”education concept h嬲itsllistorical mld |删ly 0n”people—oriented”education of thestudy focused 0n”people- conc印t oftllemeaIling,gllidingideology,the0巧of耐班ls and me core conteIlt are猫.
