二、资金来源：自筹
三、招标项目简介：
1、概况：餐厅位于****园地下一层，面积约2000平米，装修齐全，其中厨房使用面积约800平米，小卖部80平米。园区在职职工约1300人。
2、招标内容：计划委托一家承包经营者负责餐厅统一经营管理;
3、承包经营期间，实施零租赁，即免收租金及物业管理费；
4、承包经营期间，餐厅的水费、电费、气费、 费、网络费等因使用而产生的费用由承包经营者按照国家有关资费标准自行缴付；
5、承包经营期间，餐厅水、电、排烟等基础设施以及餐桌、厨具等现有设备由承包经营者管理并无偿使用。
四、投标人应具备的资格条件：
1、投标人必须是在中国境内注册并具备独立法人资格的饮食服务机构，取得相应的经营饮食行业工商营业执照、税务登记证以及卫生许可证，在北京拥有常设机构。
