摘要:目的:探讨不同肠内营养治疗方案对脑梗塞患者的结局的影响。方法:按照入院时间随机选取脑梗病人40 例,20 例应用传统的营养治疗方法(对照组),家属自备流质饮食;20 例应用营养科配置的肠内营养制剂(观察组)。结果:2 组病人一般情况差异无统计学意义(p>),具有可比性。2 组病人在住院时间、费用、病人入院后营养指标的变化、并发症发生率等方面,观察组明显优于对照组(p<)。结论:脑梗病人早期给予合理的肠内营养治疗,在减少住院时间、降低住院费用、减少并发症的发生、营养指标的变化方面,应用肠内营养制剂治疗比传统的自制流质治疗具有优越性。
