摘要:目的:分析新生儿黄疸合并胆红素脑病的有效预防护理措施。方法:从我院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的新生儿黄疸患者中随机选取50例作为研究对象,将其平均分为两组进行对比分析,针对两组患儿采用常规的护理方法与预防胆红素脑病的针对性护理方法,将护理效果进行对比分析。结果:采用预防胆红素脑病护理方法护理的研究组患儿在胆红素脑病的发病率上明显低于采用常规护理方法的对照组,同时研究组的患儿在其他并发症的发病率上也较低,研究组与对照组的分析具有统计学意义上的差异(P<)。结论:采用科学合理的预防护理措施对新生儿黄疸患者进行护理,能够有效的预防胆红素脑病的发生,是值得在临床中推广的有效护理措施。
