摘要:目的:分析腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠术后护理干预效果及体会。方法:回顾性分析100例异位妊娠患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例,其中对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组则在对照组的基础上进行综合护理干预,比较两组患者的手术效果及随访3个月后的生活质量。结果:比较观察组与对照组手术效果可知,观察组50例患者的拔管时间、住院时间及并发症发生率等指标均显著优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<)。观察组生活质量评价标准中的心理、社会、环境、独立性及生活信念等5项指标评分均显著优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<)。结论:针对异位妊娠患者加强术后综合护理干预可有效改善手术效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
