摘要
我国的中小企业相对于大企业而言,虽然资本少,筹资能力弱,经营规模小,在人才、技术、管理上也缺乏优势,但也有其优势,比如说组织规模简单,生产经营机动灵活。随着我国经济的发展,中小企业已经成为国民经济中越来越重要的组成部分。如何扶持和发展中小企业,是近年来我国政府所关注的一个热点。将分析我国中小企业的优势所在,及其在发展中所面临的问题,并提出相关建议。

ABSTRACT

前言
中小企业是我国国民经济的中流砥柱,中小企业在扩大就业、保持经济活力、缩小收入差距、维持市场结构、提高经济效率、构建和谐社会等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。然而中小企业的发展历程却步步艰辛坎坷,每年有一半以上的新生中小企业夭折在成长前期,中小企业的持续稳定健康发展是每一个中小企业的首要战略选择。中小企业在保证国民经济持续健康发展、推动技术创新和增加就业机会、维护社会稳定等各个方面发挥着越来越重要的积极作用。根据国家发改委中小企业司和国家统计局工业交
