乳酸对骨骼肌收缩的影响及其机制探讨

[摘要] 目的:为了探讨乳酸对骨骼肌收缩的影响及其机制。方法:采用不同浓度的乳酸任
氏液分别浸泡处理蟾蜍腓肠肌和坐骨神经,揭示乳酸对骨骼肌及其支配神经的作用。结果:
PH 分别为 、、 的乳酸任氏液对腓肠肌的收缩曲线及其收缩阈值,强直收缩幅度均
无明显影响,但 PH 的乳酸任氏液显著右移腓肠肌的收缩曲线和增大阈值;各浓度的乳
酸任氏液对腓肠肌收缩的收缩时程和舒张时程没有显著影响。PH 和 的乳酸任氏液轻
度右移了神经干动作电位的振幅曲线;显著增加了动作电位的阈值;但对神经动作电位的正
相时程,负相时程及动作电位的传导速度均无明显影响。结论:高浓度的乳酸升高了腓肠肌
收缩的阈值和动作电位的阈值,抑制了腓肠肌的收缩曲线和神经干动作电位的振幅曲线。

The Effect of Lactic Acid on Muscle Activity and Underlying
Mechanism

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect and physiologcial mechamism of lactic acid in
skeletal muscle activity. Methods: We recorded the contraction of the isolated emius
muscle and action potential of the ischiadic nerve of toad in lactic acid- Ringer’s solution,
respectively. Results: (1) Lactic acid- Ringer’s solution with - have no effect on
contraction curve, threshold and tantente amplitude of contraction. (2) Lactic acid- Ringer’s
solution with increase the threshold and right-shifted the contraction curve significantly. (3)
The rise time and decay time of muscle contraction were unchanged by all the lactic acid-Ringer’s
solution. (4) Lactic acid- Ringer’s solution with - increase the threshold and right-shifted
the amplitude curve of action potential. (5) Lactic acid has no effect in rise time and decay time of
induced action potential of ischiadic nerve, in conduction voliticy of action potential.
Conclusions: High concentration lactic acid increased the threshold of muscle contraction and
action potentioal,made the stimulation-contraction curves and the stimulation-amplitu
