摘要
随着经济环境迅速变化和市场竞争日益激烈,越来越多的企业意识到,优异的人力资源是企业最根本的竞争优势。提高员工满意度,激励员工努力工作,为组织做出贡献已经成为各类企业最关心的话题之一。而随着以人为本的管理理念不断深入,工作满意度研究已经成为人力资源以及组织行为领域的热门话题。
本研究以义乌市中心医院员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,在义乌市中心医院开展了问卷调查,并采用SPSS软件工具进行数据分析,得出了以下结论:
义乌市中心医院员工的工作满意度处于一个中等偏上的水平,这说明该医院的员工对于他们的工作基本都处于一个比较满意的状态,并且根据实证检验得出:不同人口统计变量特征的员工在工作满意度上存在差异。
根据实证分析结果,本研究有针对性的提出了相应的对策:. 创造关爱员工的氛围,建立融洽的上下级关系3. 医院领导在做出决策时能尽量考虑下级员工4. 建立完善的奖励制度,注重工作激励

Abstract
With the economic environment is rapidly changing and petitive market, more and panies realize that, excellent human resources is the most petitive advantage. Improve employee satisfaction, contribute to motivate employees to work for anization has e one of the topics of all kinds of enterprises are most concerned about. With the deepening of people-oriented management philosophy, job satisfaction has e a hot topic in the field of human resources anizational behavior.
Yiwu Central Hospital staff, the research for the study, through questionnaires in Yiwu Central Hospital to carry out a survey, using SPSS software tools for data analysis, the following conclusions were reached:
Yiwu Central Hospital staff job satisfaction is a mid to upper level, indicating that the hospital staff for their work basically in a satisfactory state, and based on empirical test: different demographic variables characteristics of employeesthere are differences in job satisfaction.
According to the results of empirical analysis, this study has targeted the corresponding countermeasures: 1. Institutional environment for employees to create a level playing field to create the atmosphere of caring staff, establish rapport superior-subordinate relationship. Hospital leaders in decision-makingwhen can consider, as far as possible, the the the lower-level staff of 4. establish and improve of the reward system, pay attention to work incentives
