摘要
电力施工人员登杆定位系统是为确保电力施工过程中,登杆施工人员的人身安全而对登杆施工人员的位置进行准确定位,特别是在输电线路检修过程中登杆人员的位置。只有确定了电力施工人员的确切位置才能够及时准确的断电或者采取其它措施以确保电力施工的安全。所以,电力施工人员登杆定位系统的设计与开发是一项深刻而有意义的课题。
本文简单介绍了电力施工人员登杆定位系统的组成及主要模块设计。包括基于GPS和GPRS的信号发射装置,智能系统通信中间件软件,基于ARCGIS的智能定位统监控平台软件以及系统数据库等。本文开发的电力施工人员登杆定位系统在部分供电公司公司已开始应用,获得良好效果。

ABSTRACT
Power pole positioning system construction personnel board is to ensure that the process of electric power construction, Teng pole safety of construction workers and construction workers on board the pole position for accurate positioning, especially in themaintenance of transmission lines during the registration bar staff position.
