无论是大企业还是小企业,其生存与发展都是无法离开人才的。这是一条必然的规律。尤其对中小企业而言,人才更是关键。大企业可以凭借其名气和雄厚的实力吸引各种人才,而名气和资源都相对逊色的中小企业如何吸引人才便成为中小企业经营者十分关心的问题。文章认为由于中小企业自身的特点和各方面原因,导致了中小企业在吸引人才和留住人才过程中存在着一些问题,并针对地提出了吸引人才和留住人才的建议。
本论文共分为四个部分,首先介绍了介绍了中小型企业管理的现状;其次分析研究了中小型企业在吸引人才方面存在的自身难点;然后对如何建立吸引人才的机制做出了探讨与分析;最后对中小型企业如何吸引人才方面做了一个简单的概括与总结。
本论文为中小型企业吸引人才方面提供了理论与实践方面的依据,具有一定的参考价值

ABSTRACT
Whether big enterprise or small businesses, its existence and development are unable to leave talent. This is a inevitable rule. Especially for small and medium-panies, talent is the key. Big enterprise can with its fame and solid strength attract all kinds of talents, and fame and resources are relatively small and medium-sized enterprises as how to attract talents will e small and medium-sized enterprise operators are very concerned about the problem. The article thinks that due to the characteristics of medium and small-sized enterprises causes, and each respect for small and medium-sized enterprises in attracting talent and keeping talent process exists some problems, and put forward according to attract talents and keeping talent suggestion.

前言
中小企业在我国的国民经济中具有重要作用。据资料表明,全国工商注册企业中,中小企业占了99%,其产值和利润约占60%和40%,而且中小企业还提供了75%的城镇就业机会。此外,中小企业在满足人们多样化需求、培养企业家、进行技术创新、参与和专业写作方面都具有重要作用。因此,中小企业在一定程度上影响地区乃至整个国家经济的繁荣和社会的稳定。故,发展中小企业是一个必然的趋势,为
