本方案适用于*水泥项目5000m3油罐现场组装全过程。
This method statement applies to * cement plant project 5000m3 oil tank overall assembly and erection on site.
工程概况General
工程内容:5000m3立式拱顶油罐二座(罐体对接焊普通拱顶)
Project content: two 5000 m3 vertical vault oil tank. (common vault and butt weld for
the tank)
工程范围:油罐现场成形组对、焊接、检验以及罐体附件安装。
Project scope: oil tank site assembly, welding, inspection and installation of tank accessories
罐体直径24000mm,壁高12000mm,立式拱顶,拱顶厚6mm,罐壁厚6mm、8mm、10mm、12mm,底板厚6mm,罐体上有环形楼梯,罐顶有栏杆,罐内有加热管等。
The tank diameter 24000mm, wall high of 12000mm, vertical vault and the vault thickness is 6 mm. tank thicknesses is 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and thickness of 6mm. there are circular stairs, handrails on top and heating tubes inside the tank etc.

基础检验Foundation acceptance
用钢卷尺、水准仪检查基础标高。基础中心标高允许偏差±20mm,每10m弧长内任意两点高差不大于6mm,且整个圆圈内高差不大于12mm。
