[摘要] 良好的医患关系是实现以人为本、减轻病人痛苦、促进医患互信,提高治疗效果的需要。近年来,医患关系日趋紧张,医患纠纷不仅仅是一个单纯的医疗问题,它已经演变成为一个复杂的社会问题。本文将从医院运行机制、医患沟通等方面对医患矛盾的原因和影响进行分析,进而提出解决医患矛盾的多种对策。以期对医疗纠纷的防范有所帮助。

[Abstract] The favorable relationship between doctors and patients is needed by achieving people—oriented idea, relieving patients’ pain,promoting mutual confidence and improving the treatment the recently growing tensional relationship between doctors and patients,medical dispute has e not only a medical problem,but also plex social paper contains analyses about the reasons and effects of it from some aspects such as the hospitals’ operating mechanism and munication between doctors and patients. According to it,some countermeasures are put forward,which are expected to help solve the medical disputes.

医患关系是服务与被服务的关系。使病人早日康复是医患双方的共同愿望和目的,而良好的医患关系是实现这一愿望和目的的重要条件。医患关系本应当是互相信任、互相尊重、互相理解、互相帮助的。但是,随着社会的发展,个人对自身权益日渐关注,大量医疗事故被媒体曝光,人们开始对医院产生信任危机,医患关系也逐渐变得恶劣起来。日趋紧张的医患关系不仅正在严重冲击着医疗服务市场,而且已成为社会不和谐的因素。因此,如何切实解决医患矛盾。。
1 医患关系的现状
