摘    要:
分析了影响化工装置长周期稳定运行的原因, 确定了主要影响因素。在总结其他化工装置运行经验的基础上, 针对甲醇制丙烯(MTP) 装置运行现状, 通过科学、合理地预判, 并采取了一系列优化措施, 降低了MTP装置非计划停车的风险, 确保装置“安全、平稳、长周期、满负荷、优化生产”的高效运行。

Abstract:
The reasons affecting long period stable operation of chemical plant were analyzed, and the main influence factors of non-planned shutdown were determined. Based on the operation experience of other chemical plants, through scientific and reasonable prejudgment about the operating status of MTP plant, a series of optimization measures were used to reduce the risk of non-planned shutdown, and to make the device run efficiently under the situation of "safety, steady, long period, full load and optimizing production".

MTP装置是整个甲醇制烯烃项目的核心, 其直接影响到丙烯的产量, 因此MTP装置运行周期的长短对企业的生产经营活动和经济效益具有重大意义。在总结其他化工装置运行经验的基础上, 得出造成MTP装置非计划停车的主要因素是工艺缺陷、设备缺陷、电仪故障[1-6]。以装置的薄弱环节为抓手, 加强运行管理, 通过采取了一系列防范措施, 降低了MTP装置非计划停车的风险, 延长了大检修的时间间隔
