摘要; 中俄两国作为毗邻的世界大国,双边经贸发展潜力巨大。自建交以来,双方的经贸关系有了长足的进步,贸易规模和贸易结构上都取得了很大的进展。但是在商品贸易结构、贸易壁垒、灰色清关等问题阻碍了中俄贸易的进一步发展,在俄国加入WTO后也出现了新的问题,认识分析这些变化,在WTO框架下加强政府之间的对话和沟通,推进两国间的相互投资,加强多边贸易合作,从而促使我国更好地参与国际竞争,促进中俄贸易更快更好的发展。11939

Situation and Problems of Sino-Russian Trade
Abstract:China and Russia are the biggest countries in the world. And there is a great potential development of the bilateral trade between China and Russia. Since they have established diplomatic relations, bilateral economic and trade relations have made great progress. Besides, Trade size and trade structure has made great progress. But there are still some questions modity trade structure, trade barriers, gray customs clearance and others hindering the further development of Sino-Russian trade. Some new issue after Russian’s accession to the WTO has arisen. knowing these changes and strengthening the dialogu, will promote mutual investment between the two countries. Strengthening bilateral cooperation will make our country take a good place in petition, and it will promote faster and better development of Sino-Russian trade.
