摘要:本采用巯基乙酸和乙醇为反应模板,详细研究了合成巯基乙酸乙酯的影响因素,如:产物水的处理、催化剂、反应物比例、带水剂等。通过对实验数据的分析比较,我们获得了该反应的最佳条件:采用分水器、98%浓硫酸为催化剂( eq)、反应物比例(n醇:n酸)为2:1、甲苯(5 mL)作为带水剂可以获得收率较高的产物。随后我们在最佳反应条件下,通过选用其它醇与巯基乙酸反应(如:甲醇、异丙醇、正丁醇)完善了底物的适用范围。12465

Synthesis of Ethylmercaptoacetate
Abstract:In this thesis, the reaction of thioglycolate with ethanol is chosen as the model system for our study. We investigated the influence of the water treatment, material proportion of reaction, water azeotropic solvent and catalyst on the reactions. Through analysis parison of experiment data, the best conditions were found that under the conditions of water knockout drum, concentrated sulfuric acid ( eq) as the catalyst, methylbenzene (5 mL) as the water azeotropic solvent and material proportion of reaction(n ethanol: n thioglycolate) as 2: 1 gave high yield. Under the optimized reaction conditions, the reactions of thioglycolate with different alcohols were chosen to perfect the scope of the substrate.

本文以巯基乙酸为底物与乙醇的酯化缩合反应来合成巯基乙酸酯。从中探讨反应产物水的处理、催化剂的种类及用量、反应物比例、带水剂[17,18]的种类及用量等因素对反应收率的影响,以望获取最佳反应条件,同时也对巯基乙酸与其它醇的酯化反应进行了尝试。
