摘要: 哈尔滨市哈西客运综合交通枢纽工程,包括站前东广场、西广场和公路长途客运换乘站,集聚了高铁、地铁、公交、长途、出租车共五种交通方式以及配套运营的场房和交通设施,在哈西智能化工程建设中,完成综合管理信息系统、智能交通信息系统、智能公交信息系统、智能城管应用系统的基础设施建设,包括硬件、软件的设置、控制中心的建设、基本数据的采集与汇聚、信息共享、信息展示的实现。

The Research and Development of the Intelligent Systems
of the Passenger Transport Hub of Harbin West Railway Station

Abstract : The passenger transport hub project of Harbin West Railway Station in Harbin. The scope of the project includes Station East Plaza,
West Plaza,and highway long-distance bus terminal. It is a collection of high-speed rail,subway,local bus,long-distance bus,and
taxis,a total of five modes of transportation with supporting operations and facilities. In the construction of the transport hub,the project pleted the intelligent engineering infrastructures such as the integrated management information systems,intelligent traffic information systems,intelligent public transport information systems,and intelligent urban management application systems. These infrastructures include the hardware and software settings,the control center building,the collection and aggregation of basic date,the information sharing system,and the information display implementation.

言
为支持国家振兴东北地区老工业基地的战略部署,哈尔滨市
委、市政府制定了对哈西老工业区整体改造,加快区域发展,建设
哈西地区的重要决策。
哈西地区位于哈尔滨市的西南部,东起学府路、西至迎宾路和城乡路、北至康宁街、南到四环路,规划面积大约为 52. 6 平方公里。哈西地区按照“环保、低碳、文化、生态、智能”的总规划原则,以西客站为引擎,以现代欧式风格为主基调,确立了现代交通枢纽、知识商务中心、商贸物流基地、现代教育园区、生态宜居新城五大城市功能。建设后的哈西地区将成为以文化产业、教育产业、新技术产业、运动休闲产业和商贸业为主体,具有现代化科学管理和商务发展能力,交通顺畅的和谐城区,也是黑龙江省重要的现代化交通枢纽中心和哈尔滨市重要交通枢纽及哈尔滨重
