介绍了斑鸠井土家族村寨基本情况, 包括地理区位、人口、历史等;论述了村寨聚落形态及民居建筑, 整理了当地传统民居, 组成复原保护的基本依据;调研了人文情况, 研究了当地居民的生活居住状况。

Abstract:
The article includes a brief introduction to the basic situation of the Bangjiujing village, including geographical location, population, history, etc.. In this paper, the study on the morphology and residential buildings of villages and villages and the basic basis of the restoration protection are summarized. The research on the human condition is mainly aimed at the living conditions of local residents.

1 调研的目的与意义
土家族是世居武陵山区的少数民族, 具有悠久的历史和相对独立完整的民族文化。近年来, 随着城镇化的迅速发展和人才的外流, 居于山区的土家族村寨正在逐渐衰败、消失。因此, 对黔东北地区土家族聚落及住居形态的调查研究, 对民族建筑文化的整理和发展有着深远的意义。
1) 通过调研补充整理斑鸠井土家族村寨地区住居情况及其基本数据, 做好土家族聚落特色和建筑建造技艺的研究工作, 为土家族传统建筑技术的保护和发展建设提供支撑和依据。
2) 使社会关注到黔东北地区土家族建筑及相关文化价值, 发扬传统民族建筑精髓, 补充和完善中国传统民居建筑研究的空白和盲点。
