护理多学科交叉融合组建神经综合病房,构建相应病房管理模式结果多学科交叉融合病房管理模式规范了疾病的诊治和护理;优化了医疗资源
的使用,床位使用率和周转率增加,人院前等待时问和平均住院日降低,提高_『
进护理学科发展,在今后的管理实践中应不断探索和完善.
