本设计的课题是薄煤层采煤机的机械结构设计,内容主要是针对薄煤层和复合煤层采煤工作面,进行采煤机的截煤部、牵引部等部件的设计计算,进而得到采煤机的整体结构。设计出的截煤机具有结构合理、性能可靠、操作简便、安全防爆、移动调向方便、效率高等优点。我国薄煤层开采在许多矿井中都面临着很多的问题,随着矿井可采储量的日益枯竭,薄煤层的开采问题已越来越突出。
本设计根据《机械设计手册》,对切割部箱体进行装配图的绘制,切割部伞齿轴的设计计算,滚筒的设计计算等。对薄煤层采煤工作面进行采煤机设备设计,包括对截割部、牵引部等部分的设计计算,在薄煤层采煤系统的设计计算中,确定出采煤机的整体结构,并绘制采煤机的零件图、总装图。

Abstract
The main content of this paper is designing of thin seam coal Shearer with mechanical structure. The content is mainly directed against pound seam mining in thin seam Work surfaces .Design and calculation the cutting unit and the hydraulic unit. Already designed shearer advantage for Reasonable structure, reliable performance, easy to operate, safe and explosion-proof, High efficiency. Problems have e increasingly prominent for mining thin seam, with the depletion of the workable reserves, thin Seam coal mining problem has e increasingly prominent.
By the Machinery Handbook,painted the assembly drawing of the cutting pat box, Designed the pinion gears of the cutting unit and the rotary drum. Determine the overall structure of Shearer Drawing Shearer's part and Assembly Drawing.
