摘要
本文的中心内容是一汽解放J6型6×4自卸汽车的总体设计,,公告型号为CA3250P66K2L1T1A1E,采用锡柴 CA6DL2-35E3F型号发动机,350马力,扭矩1650N·m。它主要由汽车底盘,货箱,举升机构,液压系统等构成。该自卸汽车采用液压传动系统,由油泵驱动倾斜机构工作,使货箱升起,将运载的货物从货箱后方倾卸而出。
目前,自卸汽车应用相当广泛,随着我国建设速度加快,对自卸汽车的需求越来越大。本设计主要从自卸车的整体设计出发,采用一汽解放公司J6型号车头,主要研究自卸车的整体形式与主要性能参数、自卸车倾卸机构的设计、举升系统的设计及有限元分析、确定其最大举升角,并使货箱和底盘不发生干涉,通过计算对自卸汽车的重要部件,如液压系统,进行定性分析,以确定举升力的大小、达到承受额定载荷的标准。对货箱的长、宽、高进行计算设计,以达到底盘最大承载量的的要求,使自卸车的前后轴的载荷在满载下符合受力等各方面的要求。并对自卸车进行Solidworks建模造型,对举升机构做运动分析。
本文首先对自卸车的设计特点以及国内外发展现状做了相关的概述。接着,从车厢的设计、举升机构的设计等方面进行了J6 6×4自卸车的总体设计,并对主车副车架进行了改装与设计。对整个自卸车的外廓尺寸、轮距与轴距尺寸、前悬后悬以及整车的装载质量、整备质量、总质量和轴载质量进行了相关的计算与设计。

Abstract
The centerpiece of this article is based on FAW J6 6×4 dump truck, the dump truck load is rated for the . Notice model CA3250P66K2L1T1A1E, using Xichai CA6DL2-35E3F model engine, 350 horsepower, torque 1650N·m. It mainly consists of car chassis, car body, lifting mechanism, hydraulic system and other accessories. The dump truck uses hydraulic drive system to rise the body, with oil pump driven by the tilt sector, then goods will be carried out from partment behind the dump.
Currently, dumper applys to a wide range of automotive applications, with the speed of development, there is a huge increase of demand for dumpers. This essay based on the overall design of the main departure of dump truck, whose head uses FAW-JieFang J6 type. Mainly study on the main form of dump trucks and the main performance parameters of the overall determination of the design of dump truck bodies, lift system design and finite element analysis. To plete unloading , and to train no interference with the chassis, this essay determines the maximum lift angle of dump trucks, by calculating the maximum lift angle of the vehicle unloading. This essay conducted a qualitative analysis for an ponent of the dump truck, such as hydraulic system, in order to determine the lifting force of the load. It is req
