【摘要】目的:寻求一种快速治疗非淋球菌性生殖道炎症(粘液脓性宫颈炎)和减少交叉感染的治疗方法。方法:共280例患者,第一组用阿奇霉素口服,第二组用阿齐霉素口服+四环素外用,第三组阿奇霉素、加替沙星口服+四环素外用治疗。结果:第一组、第二组及第三组的有效率分别为71%、82%及94%。结论:阿奇霉素、加替沙星口服+四环素外用治疗非淋菌性生殖道炎症,疗效好,疗程短,可获满意疗效。

Observing The Effect on Treating Non-al Urethritis (Mucopurulent Cervicitis) with bination Therapy
Abstract: Objective: To find a therapeutic regimen to treat nonspecific urethritis (mucopurulent cervicitis) quickly and reduce cross infection. Method: There were 280 patients in our first group we used Azithromycin, and the second group we used Azithromycin adding external application of the last group received Azithromycin, gatifloxacin adding external application tetracycline. Result: The effective rate of the first group, the second and the third group is 71%,82% and 94%. Conclusion: Using Azithromycin, gatifloxacin adding external application tetracycline is a good way to treat non-al urethritis (mucopurulent cervicitis).The course of treatment is short and therapeutic efficacy is satisfactory.

非淋球菌性尿道炎(al urethritis,NGU)主要指由沙眼衣原体或/(和)支原体(包括解脲支原体、人型支原体和生殖支原体)所引起的泌尿生殖道炎症。女性衣原体、支原体感染,主要表现为宫颈炎、生殖道炎症。我们采用3种不同方法治疗非淋球菌性尿道炎(粘液脓性宫颈炎),并观察其疗效,探讨一种较好的治疗方法。
