多级嵌挤密实级配设计方法研究

摘要:以逐级填充理论和粒子干步理论为设计依据,以贝雷法为设计和检验标准,提出了由集料主、
次骨架结构形成的多级嵌挤密实级配(M D B)的设计体系,包括粗集料级配设计、细集料级配设
计、合成级配设计及贝雷法对设计级配的检验。在贝雷法级配设计的基础上,提出将混合料中
007m m 筛孔通过率也作为检验指标,从而使贝雷法的控制指标更趋于完善;同时给出了适合于
16 型多级嵌挤密实级配(M D BG -1)的相应检验标准。
