工程概况:地上十四层,。地下一层为停车场,。场地面积4995平方米,,设计资料如下:抗震烈度为8度,设计分组为第二组,/㎡,地面粗糙度为C类。
根据房屋使用功能及建筑设计的要求,结构体系为钢框架-支撑体系,充分发挥钢结构特性。框架梁为H型钢截面。框架柱采用带悬臂梁段的柱单元,与框架梁刚接。框架梁与框架柱的拼接均采用栓焊混接,翼缘为完全焊透的坡口对接焊缝焊接,腹板采用高强度螺栓连接。柱分单元运输。楼板采用压型钢板组合楼板,其上浇注70厚C20混凝土,柱脚采用埋入式柱脚,柱下为筏形基础。
