摘要:随着我国住宅业的迅速发展,高层钢结构住宅以其抗震性能好、施工速度快、环保无污染等特点显现出旺盛的生命力和广阔的应用前景。本设计将从“可持续住宅”的定义出发,积极实现综合优化设计,使住宅在满足使用需要的基础上达到既节省能源,又保护环境的目标。建筑物的结构是建筑物功能、环境及各种社会经济因素共同作用的产物。根据房屋使用功能和建筑设计的要求,结构体系为钢框架体系,充分发挥钢结构特性。

Tall Steel Residential-building Design and
Structural Design of Two Parts
Abstract With the development of residential business, tall steel residential-building makes spectacular achievements and presents bright prospect, because it can resist earthquake load well and it is quick under construction and it doesn’t have pollution. The graduation design begins with the definition of “sustainable development residential” in order to realize optimize design and makes the residential meet the function to use and can also save energy and protect the environment. The form of a building is an outgrowth of its function, its environment, and various socioeconomic factors. According to the housing functionality of the design and construction requirements for the structural system of steel frame system, and give full play steel properties.

建筑设计的要求
本设计将从“可持续住宅”的定义出发。“可持续发展”的定义为,“既满足当代人的需要,并可以循环持续使用的住宅”。国际国内市场都在共同探索实现可持续发展的道路。积极采用新技术、新材料、新工艺,实现综合优化设计,使住宅在满足需要的基础上达到既节省能源,又保护环境的目标。目前,可持续发展代表着一种社会进步和人类文明的重要标志,已融入人们的生活,使人们在享受现代科技带来的舒适生活的同时,也享受自然、住宅与人三者之间的和谐统一。
建筑设计的特点
