摘    要:
负压创伤治疗技术(NPWT) 指的是将专业伤口敷料贴与吸引器械连接, 从而使伤口内的压力处于负值, 以保证伤口创面的血液供应, 使得伤口处的肉芽组织在修复因子的作用下迅速修复, 将伤口表面的渗出组织液及时予以排出, 从而不利于细菌在创面生长繁殖, 同时对预防伤口出现水肿也具有非常重要的作用。

Abstract:
Negative pressure wound therapy technology (NPWT) refers to the attachment of a professional wound dressing to a suction appliance, so that the pressure in the wound is negative, to ensure the blood supply to the wound, so that the wound at the granulation tissue in the repair factor under the effect of rapid wound surface of the exudative tissue fluid to be discharged in time, which is not conducive to the growth and reproduction of bacteria in the wound, and it also plays an important role in the prevention of edema in the wound.

NPWT技术介绍
NPWT包括负压封闭引流技术(VSD) 及负压辅助闭合伤口(VAC) 。VSD是指采用VSD专用敷料贴(聚乙烯酒精水化海藻盐泡沫敷料, 其内部含有引流管) 将皮肤、软组织以及缺损的创面等处覆盖或填充, 并采用生物半透膜封闭覆盖或填充创面, 使得伤口处于封闭的内环境;将伤口处敷料贴与吸引器械连接, 通过调节伤口环境至负压力, 达到促进创
