摘要:人们根据酶能促进蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、粗纤维分解的作用,深入研究找到一种能补充瘤胃微生物消化能力的物质—外源性酶制剂,来提高饲料利用率和改善奶牛生产性能。研究证明酶制剂有三种可能的作用机理:对反刍动物采食前的影响;瘤胃作用;瘤胃后作用,也可能是三种作用的综合,但未确定具体的作用模式。外源性酶制剂对动物采食量及产乳量的影响不大,但确有促进纤维消化,提高产奶量的积极效果,而且经济效益显著。

Abstract: The people study to find a material to add the digest capacity of rumen anisms - exogenous enzymes ,to improve the utilization rate of feed and improve the performance of dairy cattle,because enzyme has the role of promoting the position of protein, fat, starch, crude fiber. This article describes three types of enzymes may be the mechanism: the impact of ruminant pre-feed; role of the rumen; after the rumen, it may be the role of the prehensive, but not been specific role model. There is little impact of exogenous enzyme preparation to animal feed intake and milk production, but there is the promotion of fiber digestion, the positive results of improving the milk yield and significant economic benefits.
